We assisted in the release of 40 ex dancing monkeys together with Jakarta Animal Aid Network

When our friends at Jakarta Animal Aid Network told us about the upcoming ex dancing monkeys release we ofcourse immediately wanted to help out! Eventhough our program focuses on marine life we ofcourse are ready to help other animals in need.

These beautiful monkeys were mistreated as dancing monkeys, an unfortunately still common practice in Indonesia to make money.

These 40 monkeys were rehabilitated in the wildlife facilities of JAAN and are ready to live their life as intented, wild and free! Last Sunday, 16 August 2020, we released them back into the wild.

Whenever you see a dancing monkey / topeng monyet let us know immediately and we will make sure that your messag will be followed up by the wildlife program of JAAN.
